How does the review system work?

You may only leave a review for a place you have actually stayed at. We take reviews very seriously as they can damage a business's reputation. Because some online reviews are fraudulent, we make every effort to validate a user's review. You must create a free account to leave a review and rating. This is done to help validate your identity and so we can contact you if the review is disputed. All reviews are set to pending until we manually approve them. If vulgar or rude language is used in the review it will be deleted. Negative reviews may take more effort on our part as well as your part as we may ask you to provide proof of your stay at that location in the event the advertiser disputes the review. If we ask for proof and you fail to provide it we reserve the right to deny the review from being posted on our website without further notice.
