What hapens if I receive a fraudulent review?

We make every effort to make sure fraudulent reviews are caught prior to being public. Our review system is set to require the user leaving the review has an account with us. If you receive a review which you believe is fraudulent we will look into the review and ask the user who posted it for proof that they visited your location. If they are unable to prove their visit, the negative review will be removed.
